All House of Jordan products are made to order.

Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. After production, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 6–13 business days after shipping, though carrier delays can happen.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Because each item is made to order, please double-check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.
