All House of Jordan products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before checkout.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description of what happened

We will review the issue and work to make it right.

Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to production.
